El proceso de alta en IAG Virtual está diseñado para garantizar que todos los pilotos cumplan con unos requisitos mínimos de madurez, conocimientos y compromiso con la compañía.

1. Solicitud de ingreso

   • Usuario de Discord
   • Localidad de residencia
• El aspirante deberá completar un formulario con sus datos básicos:
2. Examen de acceso
• Una vez aprobada la solicitud inicial, se dará acceso a la web de la compañía.
• El aspirante deberá realizar un examen de conocimientos teóricos básicos de aviación.
• Es de vital importancia completar y aprobar este examen antes de la entrevista personal.
• En caso de rechazo en el examen, el piloto podrá volver a intentarlo en un plazo máximo de 28 días naturales.
• Si transcurrido este plazo el aspirante no supera el examen, el proceso de alta será considerado finalizado sin éxito.
3. Entrevista personal
• La entrevista será realizada por el Jefe de Tripulación.
• En esta fase se determinará la operadora asignada y el Type Rating inicial (el primero es gratuito).
• Durante la entrevista se entregará al piloto una copia oficial del Manual de Operaciones (OM) y se explicará el funcionamiento de la web y del IAG Crew ACARS.
4. Activación como piloto
• El piloto será considerado activo a partir de la realización de su primera operación registrada.

Requisitos de ingreso

• Tener al menos 18 años de edad en el momento de la solicitud.
• No se requiere una acumulación mínima de horas en redes de vuelo online; no obstante, la experiencia previa será valorada positivamente.
• Superar satisfactoriamente el examen de acceso teórico sobre conocimientos aeronáuticos generales.

Reconocimiento de licencias reales

• En caso de que el aspirante disponga de una licencia de vuelo real:
• PPL (Private Pilot Licence): se le asignará automáticamente el rango de Primer Oficial.
• CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence): se le asignará automáticamente el rango de Primer Oficial Senior.
• La validación de estas licencias será responsabilidad del Jefe de Tripulación, quien verificará la documentación presentada.

Protección de datos

IAG Virtual se compromete a un uso correcto de los datos e información sensible aportada por los aspirantes.

• La información personal o documental no será distribuida bajo ningún concepto.
• Una vez finalizado el proceso de validación y cumplido su fin, los documentos serán eliminados de forma segura.

Registration Process

• The applicant must complete a form with their basic information:
2. Entrance exam
• Once the initial application is approved, access to the company website will be granted.
• The applicant must complete a basic theoretical aviation knowledge exam.
• It is essential to complete and pass this exam before the personal interview.
• In case of failure, the pilot may reattempt the exam within a maximum period of 28 calendar days.
• If the applicant does not pass the exam within this period, the registration process will be considered unsuccessful.
3. Personal interview
• The interview will be conducted by the Crew Chief.
• During this phase, the assigned operator and the initial Type Rating (the first one is free) will be determined.
• During the interview, the pilot will receive an official copy of the Operations Manual (OM) and will be given an explanation of how the website and IAG Crew ACARS work.
4. Activation as a pilot
• The pilot will be considered active upon completion of their first registered operation.

Admission Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• No minimum accumulation of hours on online flight networks is required; however, prior experience will be positively valued.
• Successfully pass the theoretical entrance exam on general aeronautical knowledge.

Recognition of Real Licences

• If the applicant holds a real flight licence:
• PPL (Private Pilot Licence): the rank of First Officer will be automatically assigned.
• CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence): the rank of Senior First Officer will be automatically assigned.
• The validation of these licences will be the responsibility of the Crew Chief, who will verify the documentation submitted.

Data Protection

IAG Virtual is committed to the proper use of data and sensitive information provided by applicants.

• Personal or documentary information will not be distributed under any circumstances.
• Once the validation process is completed and its purpose fulfilled, documents will be securely deleted.
